SAS designed the Original HL3 hitchlock specifically for unbraked trailers with an A-frame drawbar style and built with Y-shaped pressed-steel hitches, such as the Winterhoff WW8-Y. You can find these hitches on trailers made in Europe, for example the Lorries and Temared trailer ranges from Poland
