Key Features
- Insert a PP9 – 9V battery (not included) observing correct polarity
- Insert the 7 pin trailer plug into the tester (“Trailer Check” connection)
- Press the “Trailer Check” test button on the side of the tester
- LED indicators will show Red when the function tested is correctly wired
- If the LEDs do not light up check the internal battery.
- If individual LEDs still do not light up, check the plug wiring against ISO1724 – some lighting circuits may not be connected in all installations.
- Finally, make further checks of bulbs and contacts if necessary
